This pioneering initiative in the industry has drawn significant attention and inquiries from other industry leaders keen on emulating the program in their respective regions.

Just last December 15, 2023, Representative Sharice Davids visited Full Service Chimney’s training warehouse in Spring Hill and shadowed chimney service apprentices through training stations to include scaffolding safety and bricklaying.

Representative Davids is one of the politicians who voted and supported the U.S. Department of Labor’s Registered Apprenticeship Program, which helped bridge the wage gap between high school and college graduates.

She has been a long-term advocate for these kinds of programs aiming to help Kansas residents get the skills they need for a successful career.

Currently, Full Service Chimney™ takes great pride in announcing the graduation of its inaugural group of apprentices, who have now seamlessly integrated into the team as the company’s first Journeymen!

The Full Service Chimney Apprenticeship Program still accepts applications year-round; however, available slots for the program are currently limited. The apprenticeship program offers comprehensive work-based paid training, with an emphasis on achieving Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) certification, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
